AI Implementation

AI implementation is the act of installing, configuring, integrating, and training an AI tool inside an existing business workflow. It is the gap between 'AI exists' and 'AI runs in your business' - and is what most SMBs lack the time and expertise to do themselves.

The longer version

AI implementation has four phases: scoping (what problem we are solving), installation (signing up + configuring the tool), integration (connecting to your other systems like CRM/email/calendar), and training (loading it with your business-specific knowledge + voice). Most SMB owners can do phase 1; almost none have time for phases 2-4. Fractional AI services do all four for fixed monthly fees.

Common questions

How many implementations does a typical SMB need?

Can I implement in stages?
