The short version
We collect only what we need to deliver our service. We never sell your data. We delete your data within 30 days of you canceling. We use your data only to help YOUR business.
What we collect
- Account info: name, email, business name, phone, billing address — used for invoicing + delivering services
- Service data: connections you authorize (Google Business Profile, email accounts, CRM) — used only to deliver the AI implementations you're paying for
- Usage data: which pages you visit on relvexa.com, what audits you run — used for service improvement
- Payment data: processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details
What we don't collect
- We do NOT collect Protected Health Information (PHI). If you're a healthcare-adjacent business, we explicitly scope our AI implementations to non-PHI workflows only.
- We do NOT use your data to train AI models.
- We do NOT share or sell your data to third parties.
How we use your data
- To deliver the services you've signed up for
- To contact you about your account, service updates, or your active engagement
- To improve our services (in aggregate, never identifiable)
Third-party services we use
To deliver the services, we connect to: Stripe (payments), Resend + Brevo (email), Anthropic (AI processing — your data is not used for training), ntfy.sh (push notifications to us), DigitalOcean (hosting). All are GDPR + CCPA compliant.
Your rights
- Access: Email us to request all data we have on you. We respond within 30 days.
- Delete: Email us to request deletion. We delete within 30 days (some billing records retained for legal/tax compliance, ~7 years).
- Opt out of marketing: Every email has an unsubscribe link. Or visit /unsubscribe.
- Object: If you don't like how we're handling your data, email us. We'll work it out.
Cookies
We use minimal cookies — only for authentication on /portal. No tracking cookies, no advertising cookies.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
