The short version
You pay us a monthly fee. We deliver the services described on the relevant plan page. You can cancel anytime. We don't lock you in. We act in good faith. You do too.
Services
Relvexa provides AI implementation services for businesses, including (but not limited to): the AI Guy on Retainer subscription plans ($149/$299/$599/mo), one-time website builds ($799), AEO setup ($799 + $99/mo), and free audits. Exact scope per plan is on the relevant plan page at the time of signup.
Payment
- All prices in USD, billed monthly in advance for subscriptions or one-time for builds.
- Payments processed by Stripe. We never see your card details.
- Failed payments: we retry per Stripe's standard schedule. After 3 failed attempts, services pause until resolved.
Cancellation
- Subscription plans can be paused or canceled anytime from your account or by emailing hello@relvexa.com.
- Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period — no refunds for partial months.
- One-time services (website builds, AEO setup) are non-refundable once work has begun.
- You keep all work product, accounts, and data after cancellation.
Scope
- Each subscription plan lists what's included. Work beyond scope is quoted separately.
- We reserve the right to decline work that's outside our skills, requires regulatory licensing we don't hold, or is unethical.
- Custom development beyond 10 hrs/mo on Scale is quoted separately.
What we WILL NOT do (compliance scope)
- Process Protected Health Information (PHI). If you're healthcare-adjacent, we work only on non-PHI workflows.
- Provide legal, medical, tax, or financial advice. We can build AI tools that assist your professionals — but we are not your lawyer/doctor/accountant.
- Make claims on your behalf to insurers or regulators.
- Anything that would violate CAN-SPAM, TCPA, GDPR, CCPA, or other applicable laws.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate business information.
- Authorize the integrations we need to deliver services.
- Respond to our requests in a reasonable timeframe (some implementations require your input).
- Not use our services to send spam, scam customers, or violate any laws.
Liability
Our liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the previous 3 months. AI implementations are tools, not guarantees. We do our best, but business outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control. We provide services AS-IS without warranty of any specific business outcome.
Intellectual property
You own the work product (your website, your content, your implementations). We retain rights to our internal tools, templates, and methodologies. We may use the work as a case study (with your permission).
Disputes
Talk to us first — hello@relvexa.com. Most issues are misunderstandings. Formally: any dispute is governed by Texas law and resolved in Denton County, TX.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes get emailed to active clients 30 days in advance. Continued use after notice means acceptance.
